This policy outlines our terms regarding booking cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Photography Services
Booking & Advance Payment
To confirm your booking, an advance payment (non-refundable) is required at the time of reservation.The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot, as agreed.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session date will forfeit the advance payment.No refunds will be issued once a photography session has been completed.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and management approval.
Cancellation by Aathira Studio
In the rare event that Aathira Studio must cancel a session due to unavoidable reasons (such as illness,emergencies, or equipment failure), we will offer:A full refund of the advance payment, or Rescheduling of the session at no additional cost.
2. Customized Gifts & Products
Order Processing
Once an order for a customized or personalized product is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each item is made to order.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are not applicable for customized products unless:
The product is damaged during delivery, or The delivered item is incorrect (different from the ordered design).
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are customized with personal photos, names, or messages are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the refund is initiated.
