All photography sessions and custom gift orders require advance payment or booking fees as specified.The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.The balance amount (if any) must be paid as per the agreed schedule before or on the day of service.Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Customized Products
All personalized products (such as photo gifts, frames, mugs, etc.) are created based on the client’s
specifications.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each product is made to order. In case of damage or incorrect product delivery, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
6. Photography Sessions
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their session.If a client arrives late, the session time may be reduced accordingly. Aathira Studio reserves the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes (such as website,portfolio, or social media) only with client consent.The final edited images will be delivered within the time frame agreed upon during booking.
7. Copyright and Usage
All photographs, videos, and designs created by Aathira Studio remain the intellectual property of Aathira Studio unless otherwise stated.Clients are granted personal usage rights for photos and videos delivered to them. Images may not be edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Aathira Studio.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every effort to deliver quality services and products, Aathira Studio shall not be held liable for:Delays caused by technical failures, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.Loss or damage to photos after final delivery.Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
